Deuterium is one of the three [[Resources|resources]] in [[pr0game]] and is produced in the [[deuteriumsynthetisierer|Deuterium Synthesizer]].

===== Usage =====

Deuterium is required for all ships as fuel and for building of some buildings, research and ships. Deuterium ( 10 per every system)is used when browsing systems in galaxy view.

===== Production =====

Deuterium can be refined by the [[deuteriumsynthetisierer|Deuterium Synthesizer]], and unlike in case of other resources there is no basic deuterium production.

===== Trade =====

Deuterium can accumulate when investing in mines, and deplete quickly when flying large fleets hence it is often traded between players of different playstyles. It is usually traded as follows:

Metal:Crystal:Deuterium = 3:1:1 or 3:0.5:1. Rates in between these values are also common.
